Outreach & Networking

One of the fundamental goals of Nascent Solutions is to serve as the voice of the disadvantages people in the developing world.

Our strategy includes:

• Building learning and support communities for youth and women in the rural areas of the developing world
• Linking communities with stakeholders around the world
• Providing opportunity for capacity building
• Plan and facilitate the delivery of regional and international meetings and conferences
• Plan and deliver training seminars and workshops

Proactive African Rural Youth Network (PARYNET) is the Nascent Solution division that manages the learning and support communities of rural youth in Africa and links them up with stakeholders and other youth communities and organizations around the world.

Planning and Delivery of Meetings and Conferences

To ensure effective organization and implementation of these networking events Nascent Solution works with the client to:

• Define objectives of the events
• Develop an agenda
• Develop Brochures/posters/banners
• Develop daily running order
• Develop stakeholder directories /listserves
• Manage the logistics
• Register participants
• Evaluate the event
• Report
  

Projects

At one week old, PARYNET connected the Federation of Catholic Youth in The diocese of Kumbo, Cameroon to the US National Federation Catholic Youth Ministry and lobbied for sponsorship for two ministers from the Kumbo Federation to participate in the National Federation of Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) conference to be held in Pittsburgh, PA. from December 2 – 5, 2004.
